2023 SUMMER DRAMA CAMP

Summer Drama Camp is for young aspiring actors in grades 4th to 12th and will run in a two-week-long session, beginning June 12 through June 23, Monday-Friday, 3 pm-6 pm. Campers learn the basics of theatre production, including; acting, improv, staging, character work, and stagecraft, culminating in a public performance on the last day of camp. Campers also get the experience of being a part of an ensemble and will perform for an audience on the stage of the historic 95-year-old Alcazar Theatre!
 
Under Artistic Direction, Asa Olsson has taught theatre in CUSD schools and youth organizations for over two decades.

Community Service hours are available for high school students as coaches and co-directors.
